Web Designer

Job Description:

• Work with project managers and/or clients to understand design and UI requirements.
• Design standards-driven layouts for simple and dynamic websites.
• Convert Photoshop templates into XHTML/CSS.
• Develop flash animations.

Required Skills:

• Must have hands-on working knowledge of HTML, CSS, XHTML, DHTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Coral Draw.
• 1 - 3 years design experience in the industry.
• Creative and innovative approach towards web design.
• Bachelor degree in Arts/Science.
• Good communication skills.

Web Programmer (PHP)

Job Description:

• Program, update and test web applications individually and in a team environment.
• Work with project managers and clients to understand requirements and clarify conceptual needs for projects.
• Participate in design and code reviews.
• Design database and coordinate the UI design.

Required Skills:

• Must have hands-on working knowledge of advanced PHP, MySQL, HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, Apache and application development methodologies.
• 2-3 years of website development experience in the industry.
• Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science.
• Good communication skills.
