1. ANALYSIS

In order to have a complete understanding our client's needs we work closely with them to understand their business, their major requirements and how they envisage the final product to be. We also discuss the technical and financial aspects of the development process along with the strengths and weaknesses of their competitors.

This helps us to identify their goals and which technology solutions will best suit and support the requirements and objectives of our client's business.

2. DESIGN

During this phase the design team prepare and submit to the client a prototype design of the user interface and navigation structure based upon the information gathered in the "Learn" phase. Based on the client's feedback, the design team do the necessary modifications. The process continues until the look and feel desired by the client is established.

3. DEVELOPMENT

This is the coding and database development phase of the project life cycle. VRAX Solutions uses agile development methods - meaning working modules of the project are delivered as soon as they are ready to enable clients to evaluate and analyze the application as the project progresses. This approach helps the development team to obtain regular feedback from the client by rapid and continuous delivery of working modules.

At the end of this phase, the project is functional and ready for testing and review.

4. Testing & Support

In this last phase, the application is extensively tested and reviewed against the project specifications and quality parameters set by the QA team. VRAX Solutions constantly encourages clients to take part in the beta testing whenever possible, to ensure that all the potential issues are brought forth prior to delivery.

After the project is delivered, the support team provides continuous technical support for any issues that may arise due to end-user system configuration or operation.
